Palace Trains is the luxury rail brand of Palace Tours, a US travel company and Florida-registered seller of travel (Reg. No. ST41461). We sell and arrange 25 of the world's great luxury trains across 42 countries, and we are Renfe's authorized sales representative for its luxury tourist trains — Al Ándalus, El Transcantábrico Gran Lujo and the Costa Verde Express — for travellers in the Americas.

What we do — and what we don't
We are a sales and reservations company. We advise you on the right train, cabin and departure, hold and confirm your booking, take your payment, and arrange what goes around the journey: hotels before and after, private transfers, flights and extensions.
We do not operate the trains. Each train is run by its operator, which sets the itinerary, the excursions, the onboard service and the fares. Operators can change routes or timings, and we pass on any change as soon as we receive it. The definitive itinerary for your departure is confirmed in writing before you travel — see our terms.
Booking Spain's luxury trains through us
- Same published fares. You pay the season's published fare for your cabin. For 2027, fares start from €7,700 per person on Al Ándalus, €11,100 on El Transcantábrico Gran Lujo and €5,300 on the Costa Verde Express (double occupancy, all-inclusive).
- Pay in US dollars to a US company, instead of a foreign-currency card payment on a Spanish website.
- 15% deposit confirms your suite; the balance is due 35 days before departure.
- Live availability. We work from Renfe's departure inventory and can usually confirm a cabin straight away.
- One point of contact before and during the trip, in North American time zones.

Booking every other train in the collection
For the rest of the collection we book on your behalf with the train's operator. Deposits, payment dates and cancellation terms follow that operator's conditions, and we set them out in writing with your quote before you pay anything.
